The following information is a step by step procedure to make a single or multiple purchase. If you have had difficulty placing your order, follow these steps:

On our home page there are two links that take you to the products. They are

  1. Product line
  2. Find a Product

If you know the stock number of the product or products you want to order, choose the "Find a Product" link. This takes you to a page that asks you for a code or name of the product. Enter the code or name and then click on "Search".

The prduct link will appear. If you want to purchase one of this product, click on "Add One to Basket".

If you are ordering one item only click "Buy One Now" This will start the checkout process.

If you are ordering  more than one item, or you want a complete description of the product, click the underlined product number. You will now be able to enter the quantity desired and read a description of the item. Then click on "Add To Basket".

If you want to choose other products, click on "Find A Product," or "Product Line", or any of the product categories on the left side of the page.

Repeat the above process to add items to the shopping cart.

When you have completed your product choices, click on "Checkout".

On this page you can avoid reentering your personal information each time by clicking on "Create a New Account" or clicking on "Placing Order Without Account". If you have chosen "Placing Order Without Account" you will then enter your personal information.

At any time during your shopping experience you can remove items or change the quantity of items in your shopping basket by clicking on "Basket Contents". Here you can review your order before proceeding to the check out.

At the check out page fill in the necessary boxes. The Bill to section is not needed, if products are being shipped to the same address as the Bill to information.

Important ! Your billing address must match the address given to your credit card company. If the address is different, the credit card will be rejected.

When completed, click on "continue". Select the appropriate shipping and credit card type.

Enter the Redeemable coupon code (if applicable) and click "Redeem Coupon".

If your purchase is in the U.S.A., do not change "Ship Via".

When completed click on continue.

On this page enter your credit card information. Your name must be entered as it appears on the credit card. When completed with this section click on "continue".

Your order is now completed!!
